General Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be at least 21 years of age at the time of application
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Possess a valid government-issued photo ID
- Be willing to travel and participate in filming
- Be available for all scheduled production dates

- Have reliable transportation
- Complete all required application materials truthfully and accurately
Applicants do NOT need:
- A real estate license
- Television experience
- Commercial real-estate experience

Casting Submission Requirements
All applicants must submit:

3. Introduction Video or Brief Virtual Interview with Producers (1–3 Minutes)
Applicants should introduce themselves and answer:

Contestants may be filmed:

The following may result in immediate removal:
